Ways to work

Ways to work with us

Start with a conversation. Then pick what fits. Every way in is mostly time with us, with our AI helpers doing the preparation.

The path

Four steps, at your pace

Most people start with the Prologue. Then they pick a way to work. Some keep us on after that.

  1. Half a day

    Prologue

A remote health check. It shows whether you have a data, training or organisation problem, and what to do first.

  2. 75 minutes to 4 weeks

    Pick a way to work

Choose one of four shapes, from a talk for the whole company to a month-long programme.

  3. Month to month

    Ongoing support

We act as your part-time Chief Agentic Officer, for as long as it helps.

  4. When you are ready

    Epilogue

A planned handover, so your own people can run it without us.

Start anywhere. None of these steps needs the one before it.

Your part-time Chief Agentic Officer

After the Prologue and a first 90 days, you can keep us on, month to month. Choose the amount of time that fits. Change it when your needs change.

  • Working sessions with your teams

  • A written plan each quarter
  • A named person in your team who owns it by day 90
  • A handover planned from day one, so you need less of us over time

Where you are matters

  • US: a security and liability review with your lawyers.

This is how we work, not legal advice.

You pay for the humans. You don’t pay human prices for agentic work.Tony Wood

How you pay

You pay for our people’s time, where it gives most value. AI work is never charged as if a person did it.

We show you which parts of the work were human and which were AI. There are no prices on this site. We talk about what fits after the Prologue.

Show, not claim

We measure before and after

Before anything changes, we measure where you are. After 90 days, we measure again. Nothing is called a success until it has been measured twice.

  1. 1

    Measure the start

Your Health Check score, and how the job works today.

  2. 2

    90 days of work

Agree direction and rules. Then put the first AI helpers to work, with checks in place.

  3. 3

    Measure again

Put before and after side by side. Then grow it, fix it or stop.

The close

Epilogue

A planned close that leaves you running it without us.

We hand over the tools, measure again against where you started, and agree what would bring us back.

Questions people ask

Who does the work, you or your agents?

We do the listening, the judgement and the sign-off. Our AI helpers do the preparation. Every piece of work tells you which AI was used and who checked it.

Do we have to start with the Prologue?

No. Start anywhere. None of these needs the one before it. The Prologue is just the quickest way to find what fits, and it gives you a starting score.

Do you only work with large companies?

No. The shapes work for one leader or a whole company. Most organisations do not need a full-time Chief Agentic Officer yet, which is why the ongoing support is part-time.

How is this different from a consultant?

A consultant often hands over a report and leaves. We work inside your leadership team, builds the habits so your own people can run it, and plans the handover from day one.

Can you work on site?

Yes. We come to you where that helps, and works online where it does not. The all-hands session and the leader day work best on site.

How do we start?

Tell us a little about where you are through the contact form. If you are not sure what you need, choose the Prologue and we will start there.

Talk to us

“I want to talk to you about how I could get someone to help me put together or help me understand what this means”

If that sounds like you, you are in the right place. Tell us a little about where you are. A real person reads every message.
