Briefing use

The briefing supports leadership, governance, and operating judgement. It does not replace legal, regulatory, audit, disclosure, financial, data protection, director, or management judgement.

Subscriber access

Paid subscriber and trial accounts may access the briefing archive according to their subscription state. Trial access may be limited to the latest issue and recent audience newsletters. Paid access may unlock the wider public-safe archive and search surface.

MCP access

MCP bearer tokens are for authenticated assistant reads within the access scope attached to your subscription. Do not share your token publicly. Access can be rotated or revoked from the account area.

Billing and cancellation

Polar is the billing authority for checkout, subscription management, invoices, receipts, cancellation, and payment-method recovery. If a subscription is scheduled to cancel, access remains available until the current paid or trial period ends. Ended, revoked, unpaid, expired, or past-due states can block archive and MCP access.

Acceptable use

• Do not attempt to bypass subscription, token, or rate-limit controls.
• Do not use the site or MCP to scrape, resell, or republish subscriber-only material.
• Do not present briefing content as professional advice or as an automated authority to act.
