Chief Agentic Officer is operated by YQUP Ltd. This policy explains how we handle data for the newsletter, subscriber account, paid archive, MCP access, billing handoff, and analytics.
What we collect
We collect information you give us, such as your name, email address, role, market, board issue, newsletter consent, account login details, and subscriber access state. If you create a paid account, we store the minimum local records needed to link your login, archive access, and MCP token state.
Billing, receipts, invoices, cancellation, payment-method updates, and card details are handled by Polar. Newsletter delivery and list-management data may be handled by MailerLite.
How we use it
- To send the Chief Agentic Officer Briefing and related board-readiness notes when you ask for them.
- To provide login, subscriber archive access, account management, and MCP token controls.
- To check subscription status through Polar and keep access aligned with your paid, trial, cancelled, or expired state.
- To improve the site with optional analytics, only after you accept analytics cookies or similar storage.
Cookies and analytics
Essential cookies are used for authentication and subscriber access. Optional Matomo analytics is gated behind consent and is not loaded until you accept analytics. You can change that choice using Cookie settings.
Sharing
We do not sell personal data. We use service providers for specific operations, including Better Auth for account sessions, Polar for billing and subscriptions, MailerLite for newsletter delivery, and Matomo for analytics when accepted.
Your choices
You can unsubscribe from newsletter emails using the unsubscribe link in the email. You can manage paid subscription billing in Polar. You can contact us to ask about access, correction, deletion, or export of personal data.
