How we work

How we work

The agentics prepare. Humans decide. And nothing reaches a client until a human has checked it and made it good.Tony Wood

In three steps

How a piece of work is made

Every report, plan or answer you get from us goes through the same three steps.

  1. 1

    AI helpers prepare

They do the groundwork: reading, gathering, matching facts and first drafts.

  2. 2

A person checks and improves it

One of us reads it, fixes it and makes it good. Nothing goes out unchecked.

  3. 3

You get it, with a clear label

It comes with a note: which AI helped, how it helped, and who checked it.

The short version

Six promises, in plain words

  • Humans decide

AI helpers prepare. A named person approves anything that matters.

  • We say which AI

Every piece of work names the AI used, how it was used and who checked it.

  • Your data stays yours

It is never used to train anything. We ask you where it should be kept.

  • We help, not block

Yes to the goal, with a smaller first step in a safe place.

  • We show, not claim

We measure where you start. After 90 days we measure again, so you can see the change.

  • A fair deal

“You pay for the humans. You don’t pay human prices for agentic work.”

Honest about AI

Ask us “did you use AI?” and you get a real answer

All people are different. All AI is different too. So a plain “yes” is not an honest answer.

We tell you which AI, how it was used and who checked it. The same answer you would want if you asked “did you ask a person to do it?”

Ask us any time

“Did you use AI for this?”

“Yes. An AI model drafted the first summary from your notes. We name the model on the work. One of our team checked and rewrote it before it came to you.”

An example of the answer you get. Every piece of work names the AI used and the person who checked it.

What our AI helpers never do

  • Send, publish or pay without a person saying yes
  • Follow instructions hidden in emails, forms or web pages
  • Let unchecked work reach you
  • Use your data to train anything, or share it with another client
  • Pretend to be human when someone sincerely asks
  • Charge AI work at human prices
  • Take a religious or political side

Your data

Your data, your choice

Never used for training

Your data belongs to you. It is never used to train any AI.

You choose where it lives

Before we store anything, we ask where it should be kept. We write your answer down.

You choose the AI

You get a choice of approved AI models. We tell you plainly that they are not all made equally.

In plain English

What sits behind the promises

People first

People do what people do best. AI helpers take the dull, repetitive work. Our first job is to understand your people, before we suggest any tool. We ask if you are okay before using your information or touching anything sensitive. “Not now” is a full answer.

Humans decide

AI helpers prepare. A named person approves anything that matters: sending, publishing, paying, deleting or switching something on. It is easy to start. The checks sit where the consequences are.

Honest about AI

Every piece of work names the AI used. We never make up facts or sources. “I don’t know yet” is a normal sentence here.

Your data, your choice

Your data is yours and never trains anything. We ask where it should be stored and record the answer. You choose from approved AI models, and we explain how they differ.

We help, never block

When someone raises a worry about data, we do not say “we can’t do that”. We look for a yes to the goal, with a smaller first step in a safe place.

Show, not claim

We measure where you start. After 90 days we measure again and put the two side by side.

A fair deal

“You pay for the humans. You don’t pay human prices for agentic work.” We show you which parts of the work were human and which were AI.

How these rules are kept

  • Reviewed every quarter, and after anything goes wrong
  • Only a named person can change them
  • Every version is dated and kept

Talk to us

“I want to talk to you about how I could get someone to help me put together or help me understand what this means”

If that sounds like you, you are in the right place. Tell us a little about where you are. A real person reads every message.
